Software Trainer / Product Specialist, IT company based in Leamington Spa, salary £24,000 to £30,000 dependant upon experience

We offer complete integrated open source software solutions and IT Support, specialising in software development, hardware, network, VOIP and outsourcing solutions.

We are now looking for a Software Trainer / Product Specialist to join and complement our already established team, based in our head office in Leamington Spa and travelling to various sites across England and Scotland.

The role may also require infrequent overnight stays and travelling overseas, working at the India Centre.

Software Trainer / Product Specialist Main Duties:

  • Organising and training customers in the use of property software products, both in-house and on customer premises as and when required.
  • Reviewing and preparing user manuals and training notes.
  • Arranging training courses with customers, managing attending delegates requirements.
  • Developing and delivering programmes of learning activities.
  • Planning, preparing and researching lessons and materials.
  • Liaising with customers.
  • Conducting online webinars.
  • Spending contact time with clients on an individual and group basis.
  • Assessing individual and group training needs.
  • Attending other customer meetings, demonstrating software in a sales support capacity both on-line and in field.

Software Trainer / Product Specialist Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full driving licence is essential.
  • Previous knowledge and experience in a similar role.
  • Confident and engaging delivery style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administrative skills are essential.
  • Analytical and technical skills are essential.
  • Self-organised
  • Previous knowledge and experience of the lettings industry and/or property management software(s) would be beneficial.
