Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator offering a basic salary of £18,000 plus bonus and benefits, based in Hale, Altrincham.

 

The role of Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator:

  • Receive incoming calls from new and existing customers, both trade and consumer.
  • Update CRM system regarding conversations and activity.
  • Follow up lapsed customers and rekindle business relationship.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Maintain and update social media channels.
  • Carry out invoicing tasks
  • General office administration

 

The ideal Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator:

  • Excellent telephone manner and capable of quickly building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Confident, friendly and efficient.
  • You will be working as part of a small team and will therefore need to be self motivated.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office products)
