Commercial Supervisor, based in Gobowen, Oswestry, offering a salary of £21,450 This is a  full-time position working 40 hours per week for an initial period of 12 months with the potential to become permanent.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Supervisor to join our Retail Team. You will be responsible for the operational day to day running of the commercial outlet.

The key role responsibilities of the Commercial Supervisor are:

  • Delegating tasks for curriculum and work experience sessions
  • Promotion of stock & produce through dynamic visual merchandising
  • Coordinating and leading on rotas throughout the year and weekends
  • Management of wastage, stock control, profits and other financial management requirements
  • Open & closing of commercial outlet environment inc. cashing up and till management
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external suppliers
  • Assist with sourcing new seasonal lines
  • Oversee EPOS systems and PDQ provider
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to consistently promote college events
  • Support clients within commercial outlet

Person Specification

  • Relevant Industry Sector / commercial knowledge and experience
  • Proven success of working within a similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Outstanding communication skills with individuals/staff at all levels
  • Highly motivated individual
