Sales Administrator

Teamson is a family managed business with over 600 staff globally. Teamson are manufacturers of all its own brands including Teamson Kids, Fantasy Fields, Olivia’s Little World, Versanora, Peaktop Outdoor and Staart. We have offices in Taipei, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, UK. Over 90% of our Global Sales is via the internet with over 75% of Global Internet Sales via the Drop Ship model. Currently working with Argos, Amazon (UK, DE, ES, FR IT), John Lewis, Groupon, Carrefour, Rue De Commerce, Auchan, Wayfair, Kiddicare, eBay (UK, DE, ES, FR IT), CDiscount, Fnac,& Costco. Our approach is to dominate the mass market by focusing on the dot.com online retailers throughout the UK & Europe.Due to our continued growth we would like to recruit the skills of a reliable, honest and enthusiastic individual of any age to join our successful team. Working as part of a team and assisting the sales team to deliver a quality service to all customers.

Duties will include -

  • Processing orders onto the system
  • Preparing orders for shipping and all relevant documentation
  • Coordinating with the warehouse and sales team to verify any data
  • Checking and managing stock inventory
  • Answer incoming calls and deal with queries efficiently
  • Assisting with any office administration duties
  • Assisting the customer care team during busy periods
  • Updating spreadsheets and running daily manifests and sales reports
  • Completing daily customer stock updates
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost saving initiatives within the shipping department

The candidate will have;

  • Proven background/experience in a sales order processing role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A good work discipline to manage own work load
  • Good telephone manner
  • Preferably an understanding of SAP

The ideal candidate will have high organisational skills, be reliable, professional, punctual and willing to go above and beyond their duty.

Salary: £18-20k subject to experience (plus bonus)
