IT Support Team Leader

IT Support / Technical Supervisor – Permanent – Telford

We are recruiting for a new IT Support Supervisor / Team Leader.  This is an excellent opportunity and will suit a professional applicant with a proven track record in IT Support / Technical Support Supervisory or Management to join a growing and successful organisation in Telford

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Manage day to day activities of the team including training, work allocation, motivation, team performance and rotas etc
• Assist in handling technical queries and deal with escalated issues
• Attending regular client meetings
• Setting and managing SLA adherence
• Liaise with suppliers and various internal departments
• Various report compilation

To be considered for the role, you MUST have experience in a similar, office based, IT Support or Technical support-based role where you have managed small teams on a day to day basis. You’ll probably be degree educated and will definitely have a positive, professional approach to your work and the right technical aptitude.

The role requires slight flexibility in your working hours but is essentially a Monday – Friday,  09:00 – 17:30 shift pattern most of the time.

This comes with a generous salary (DOE) plus bonuses and a general all-round package.

The Telford site is commutable from Wolverhampton, Stafford, Cannock, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Kidderminster, Market Drayton etc
