Sales Support Administrator - Permanent - Telford

We are now recruiting for a new Sales Support Administrator to join a small but successful company in Telford.  You’ll be representing one of the UK’s leading specialists with the aim of driving the company forward and at the same time cementing the relationship you form with their clients and will suit an experienced, professional Sales Support Administrator / Sales Admin /  Customer Service Administrator.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Offering office support to field sales staff
• Booking appointments
• Manage CRM system
• Lead and contact sourcing
• Following up on internal sales enquiries
• Fact find calls
• Attending marketing events
• Handling renewals

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have a successful sales support / marketing / customer service background; have excellent communication skills.   You will be highly motivated with an enthusiastic & outgoing personality and above all a professional approach & ethos. You will also have a stable work history.

You must have the ability to liaise professionally with a variety of customers and colleagues. You will also be IT literate and have a strong commercial acumen.

The company is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Perton, Shifnal and Stafford, Market Drayton with your own transport.
