Job Details
We are seeking to recruit a Day Time Support Worker to assist within our day time provision. This role requires flexibility, initiative and a high level of emotional stability, to ensure the safety, care, well-being, learning and development of the students, whilst supporting them with everyday duties, outings and living skills.
The role will involve working one-to-one or with a group of students in and out of tutoring sessions. These students experience emotional and behavioral difficulties and in some cases this may involve supporting intimate personal care and complex medical issues. The role will require you to support students in a forestry, farming and outdoor working environment including traditional crafts
