A vacancy has become available at Fulham Product Centre, for a Product Centre Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Owner Support Services & Product Centres, this position will cover duties such as:

Role Summary

Manage the Product Centre & Team to achieve company strategy objectives and values.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of the day to day running of the Product Centre.
  • Ensuring high levels of Customer Service to all Forever Business Owners/internal customers both personally and through management of centre staff.
  • Ensuring Forever Business Owners orders are input, picked and packed accurately and are available to the Forever Business Owners when required.
  • Ensuring Forever Business Owner applications are data captured onto the system accurately.
  • Ensuring all administration is processed for the centre in an accurate, organised and timely way compliant to GDPR.
  • Ensuring the Product Centre is adequately staffed during the advertised opening hours and any additional hours required during FBO events.
  • To lead, motivate and manage staff - performance managing and developing against set objectives, standards, agreed metrics & goals to ensure they fulfil all their duties.
  • Conducting of monthly 1:1’s and Bi Annual performance appraisals and accompanying paperwork to the set deadlines.
  • Ensure that staff are kept up to date with all information they are required to effectively carry out their role within the company.
  • Ensure that line manager is kept up to date on all matters concerning the centre, especially as managed remotely.
  • Effective management of Inventory through accurate record keeping, stock rotation for UBD, Monthly Audits against the system to physical stock, and suitable stock levels maintained. Stocktakes/audits to be carried out according to the stock audit procedure.
  • Forecasting & Ordering stock to maintain the appropriate stock levels in the centre to furnish the ordering needs of Business Owners on time as required by FD.
  • Supplier management of cleaning contractor to ensure the centre cleaning regime is fulfilled.
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety Requirements are met for the centre as directed.
  • To liaise with the Area Development Director regarding area requirements.
  • To ensure IT is working correctly for the various events held at the centre.
  • To organise catering as required for any events.
  • To maintain and organise the booking of rooms at the centre.
  • To observe strict rules of confidentiality with information about Forever Business Owners and their businesses.
