Office Administrator offering an hourly rate of £9.50 based in Nottingham.

 

Office / Sales Administrator responsibilities:

  • Working in a sales administration role
  • Help with market research
  • Recording product information
  • Answering calls and discussing product range
  • Dealing with customer issues
  • Processing sales orders
  • Working in a growing company within the Equestrian and Farming sector

Office / Sales Administrator skills required:

  • Must have good customer service skills and understanding
  • Must be organised and able to use Excel and Microsoft Word well
  • Must have a good customer facing telephone manner
  • Some Telephone experience would be preferred
  • Needs to have a high level of accuracy with data and PC work

Working Hours

  • 5 days per week
  • 8.45am to 4.45pm


Successful candidate will be responsible for paying own tax and NI – this is a self employed vacancy. The role involves working in a small team of about 5 people, so you must be a team worker.
