Sales Support Administrator

Based in Kings Norton, Birmingham

Salary circa £23,000 DOE

The Busters Group offers a wide range of environmental services mainly to the commercial sector.  Established in 2001, the origins of the group were in pest control with the foundations for the growth being to offer a great value for money service plus a little bit extra you weren’t expecting. These foundations have seen rapid growth over the years and the expansion into Garden and Hygiene services were mainly due to customer demand.

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated Sales Support Administrator who has previous demonstrable experience of working in a sales environment. Having good standard of education including GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent) you will need to:

  • Have strong working knowledge of Excel and the ability to produce, amend and populate spreadsheets.
  • Be able to run marketing campaigns both alone and as part of the wider sales team.
  • Confidently support & guide surveyors with development and opportunities.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to build excellent working relationships with sales team and customers.
  • Accurately record minutes in monthly sales meetings, recording action points and ensuring actions are completed on time.
  • Record new business leads and distribute them to the relevant surveyor.
  • Maintain accurate records for sales information, sales quotes, staff sales and commissions.
  • Review sales pipeline and KPI’s.
  • Able to assist in other areas of the business as required.
  • Have experience of working to deadlines.
  • A working knowledge of Sage 50c would be an advantage.
