Digital Campaign Manager – an opportunity to help a local building society in Bath continue to build its digital marketing capability and grow its membership

The Company: Bath Building Society is a small company famous locally and across the country for the great care we take of members and employees alike.

The Position: We’re looking for a permanent Digital Campaign Manager to work alongside our PR and Communications Manager.

The pay range we’re offering is £30,000 per annum.

Requirements:

A background in Digital Marketing but not necessarily in financial services

The ability to create compelling and creative copy/content

Basic html skills

Experience of using CMS, CRM, analytics and Social Media Management tools

Ability to work to deadlines/effective time management

A self-starter who can work on own initiative

Responsibilities:

To promote the Society through all digital channels

To develop and manage the Society’s website and social media presence

To help develop the membership relationship programme

The Location: Bath Building Society Head Office is based on Queen Square in the centre of Bath. This is a great place to live and work because not just because it is a world heritage site, a haven for foodies with cracking pubs and bars but has green and luscious water all around.

Being in the centre of Bath it is only a short walk to the train station and bus station. By train you can then be in London in 90 minutes and Bristol in 15 minutes.
