Customer Service Team Leader – Permanent – Telford

We are recruiting with a Telford based organisation for a new office based, Customer Service Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader / Supervisor who would be keen to join one of the area’s most prestigious employers.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have experience of being a Team Leader or Supervisor within an office-based Customer Service / Admin type environment.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Manage day to day activities within the small customer service team
  • Train and develop staff
  • Monitor performance
  • Delegate tasks and workload planning
  • Update relevant documentation and KPI reporting
  • Resolve escalated customer issues

To be considered for this role, you MUST have worked in a similar customer service team leader / supervisor (non-retail) type role and be available at short notice.

You’ll be IT literate, well organised, professional and flexible in your approach with excellent communication and man-management skills.

The Telford office is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Perton, Shifnal, Market Drayton, Walsall, Ironbridge, Bridgnorth etc
