Customer Service Administrator – Contract - Telford

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected organisation in Telford for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join them on a 12-month contract basis.  This role will suit an experienced customer service professional who is looking for a new opportunity in a supportive environment. The company has a very low staff turnover and opportunities here are very few and far between.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • General Administration Support for the Service Team
  • Liaise with Couriers in the collection / delivery of products
  • Update CRM
  • Support and interaction with customers via phone and email
  • Report writing
  • Completing and sending out relevant paperwork

To be considered for this excellent position within a small customer service team, you MUST have worked within a similar role.

You’ll have office based administration and customer service experience. You’ll be IT literate, particularly with Ms Excel, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in your work.

You will also have excellent communication skills and have a hard-working approach to your work.

Salary will be £17,000 -  £20,000 (DOE) plus a generous package. Slight flexibility is needed on the hours of work. This is a full time role, Mon – Fri.

The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Newport, Market Drayton, Shifnal, Irondbridge, Brdignorth, Wolverhampton, Perton etc
