Job opportunity for a Work Scheduler / Planner / Office Administrator with one of the UK’s largest specialists in inverter drive systems offering a salary of up to £19,500.00 depending on skills and experience with a highly competitive Profit Share Scheme, contributory pension and flexible start and finish times. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a Work Scheduler / Planner or an Office Administrator wishing to develop their career.  Initially reporting to the Managing Director/Business Owner, we are looking for a forward-thinking Work Scheduler / Planner / Office Administrator. The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Great communicator
  • Excellent telephone manner for dealing with customers and engineers.
  • Intermediate to advance IT Skills with a excel spreadsheet bias.

The Works Scheduler / Planner / Office Administrator will be responsible for the day to day scheduling of engineers work and general office administration of the business including:

  • Track work in progress (live jobs) and report status.
  • Maintain calendars for the labour force.
  • Agree and book dates for team to be at a customer’s site.
  • Day to day contact with the team.
  • Admin duties – compile and collect completed job packs from the engineers and hand over to accounts/customer, general clerical duties and answering telephones.
  • Communicate with customers and engineers to coordinate work schedule.
