Applicants are invited for the following posts that will be based at Ruskin Mill College, Nailsworth.

 

Administration Manager

 

40 Hours a week, 52 weeks a year

Grade 8:9 £24,455 - £29,547

Starting salary will be subject to qualifications and experience

 

 

The purpose of the Administration Manager will be to assist the College Management Team to fulfil its responsibilities for the general administration of the College and support communication with external agencies through regular student review procedures and other contacts.

The role is to ensure high quality administrative services for student learning and community use and the effective day to day running of the College’s office.

The postholder will be responsible for all aspects of the College’s administration systems and will be need to liaise with the administration teams at other Colleges to ensure that a co-ordinated approach to college administration is maintained throughout the college.

The post holder will be expected to travel on an occasional basis between the Trust’s sites, and to and from other places and evening and weekend working will be required.
