Receptionist

Applications are invited for the following post that will be based in Nailsworth, near Stroud, Gloucestershire

Receptionist

40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Grade 3 £14,947 - £16,350 per annum

Starting salary will be subject to qualifications and experience

We are seeking to appoint a professional and flexible person to work as a key member of the administration team to fulfil a wide range of duties, including;

• acting as first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and visitors to the College
• word processing of documents
• maintaining and updating student information
• dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• issuing staff ID cards
• general administrative support to the College Administration Manager and other departments within the College

You will also be expected to attend training sessions as required by the Trust, which may be outside of your usual working hours.
