Senior Administrator / PA – Permanent - Telford

We are recruiting with a well-established, successful organisation in Telford. They are expanding rapidly and now require a new Senior Administrator / PA /  Office Co-ordinator to support the Telford site and it’s staff.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Executive Support
  • Purchasing of various consumables and services / suppliers
  • Organise service contracts from 3rd party suppliers
  • Support H&S Manager
  • Fleet Administration
  • Facilities management admin
  • Organise and manage meeting rooms
  • Booking travel & accommodation
  • Various other ad hoc admin related duties

You will have proven experience in Administration / Secretarial / PA or Purchasing based roles, good organisational skills, be well presented with an excellent and bubbly manner, both over the phone and face to face.

Excellent time management and communication skills are required as well as an adaptable and flexible approach to tasks. We pride ourselves on our employees coming to work because they want to and as such strive to offer a great working environment.

In addition to the excellent salary, there is also a generous package including a company related, profit related bonus.

You’ll probably have your own transport but the site is in Telford is then easily accessible from Newport, Shifnal, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Bridgnorth etc
