Resourcing and Development Team

Flexible – full-time (up to 37 hours per week)

Grade 3

Salary - £20,541 - £23,866

Fixed-Term for up to 12 months

Based at Service Headquarters with travel around the county and some weekend working

The Role

By providing an efficient and effective administration service, you will be involved in the running of wholetime and on-call (retained) recruitment and operational promotion processes. You will support learning and development of our people, through researching available provider options, planning and organising courses, recording training and development, and assisting in the evaluation of training and development activity to ensure provision is fit for purpose.

The successful applicant will have:

  • a proven interest in recruitment, promotion and training and development
  • enthusiasm, great interpersonal and administrative skills
  • an established track record and commitment to delivering work to a high standard whilst working in a busy environment.
  • confidence in the use of Microsoft packages and ICT systems
  • a flexible and adaptable approach to work
