Resourcing and Development Support – 3 month Fixed Term
Resourcing and Development Team
Flexible – full-time (up to 37 hours per week)
Grade 3
Salary - £20,541- £23,866
Fixed-Term up to 3 months
Based at Service Headquarters with travel around the county and some weekend working
The Role
By providing an efficient and effective administration service, you will support learning and development of our people through planning and organising courses, recording training and development, and assisting in the evaluation of training and development activity to ensure provision is fit for purpose. You will provide support to our L&D Instructors team assisting with course preparation and document management.
The successful applicant will have:
- a proven interest in recruitment, promotion and training and development
- enthusiasm, great interpersonal and administrative skills
- an established track record and commitment to delivering work to a high standard whilst working in a busy environment.
- confidence in the use of Microsoft packages and ICT systems
- a flexible and adaptable approach to work
