Assessment Centre Support Adviser
Resourcing and Development Team
Flexible – part-time (up to 18.5 hours per week)
Grade 4
Salary - £25,463 - £29,909 pro rata
Holiday Entitlement – 27 Days plus Public Holidays pro rate
Fixed-Term for up to six months
Based at Service Headquarters with travel around the county
The Role
You will support the development of Service personnel, assisting learners to attain competence in role through the delivery of development programmes and qualifications.
You will be responsible for guiding, supporting and delivering the training, development, assessment and internal quality assurance of programmes to timeframes, identifying strategies to address issues and barriers to progression.
The successful applicant will have:
- a proven interest in the development of others
- great interpersonal skills
- an established track record of delivering best practice teaching, workplace assessment and quality assurance
- knowledge and understanding of the application of NVQ standards
- confidence in the use of Microsoft packages and ICT systems
- commitment to maintaining high standards of performance whilst working in a busy environment.
