Applications are invited for the following post that will be based in Nailsworth, near Stroud, Gloucestershire
Maintenance Worker
40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year
GRADE 5 £17,943 – £19,443 per annum
Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience
You will be working as part of a team under the instruction of the Estates Manager assisting with the upkeep of all College sites, its buildings and associated properties.
We are looking for someone who has extensive painting and decorating experience, the role will also include working on a variety of different projects from the maintenance of footpaths, repairing or replacing fences and doors. As well as assisting in some larger building projects.
You will need to have some practical experience in this field, a good knowledge of health and safety and a current driving licence.
You will also be expected to attend training sessions as required by the Trust, which may be outside of your usual working hours.
