Sales Administrator – Permanent – Shrewsbury
We are working with a successful, growing organisation in Shrewsbury for a new Sales Administrator / Service Co-ordinator / Operations Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. Based from their modern offices in Shrewsbury, this role will suit a professional, positive and experienced Sales Administrator / Service Co-ordinator / Engineering Support Administrator who is looking for a challenging but rewarding role with career prospects.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Supporting the Service & Project Departments
- Assist with scheduling
- General customer enquiries
- Updating CRM
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you MUST have worked in similar roles, have a professional & flexible approach to your work, have excellent communication skills and be well organised.
You will have a strong background in customer service, engineering support and / or engineer scheduling. You must also be proficient with Ms Office.
Hours of work are 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday and the role comes with a generous salary, bonus and other benefits.
The Shrewsbury based site is commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton,
Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge etc
