Student Engagement Manager

£27,213 - £32,464 per annum,

(starting salary will be subject to qualifications and experience)

 

40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

 

Coleg Plas Dwbl, Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire

 

Coleg Plas Dwbl provides innovative and experiential education and training for young people marginalized by disadvantage, exclusion or special learning needs.  Inspired by Rudolf Steiner and John Ruskin, the College actively promotes through craftsmanship and entrepreneurship the traditional economic activities of the Cotswolds.

We are seeking to appoint a Student Engagement Manager to create and implement a student engagement and positive approaches strategy at Coleg Plas Dwbl with consideration to aesthetics, location and environment.

The post holder will:

  • Identify and deliver strategies that achieve a high level of student engagement.
  • Ensure that staff have the appropriate skills, training and understanding to do their role based on the students that they work with, making recommendations to the College Principal.
  • Liaise with relevant therapists in respect of the implementation of student behaviour management strategies.
