Due to internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team.  Hours can be flexible, working on a part time basis of 3 days per week with earnings of up to £25k per annum pro rata.  

At Future Health Technologies we are passionate about protecting the future health of children, which is why we concentrate our company in two main areas; stem cell banking and diagnostics.  

We are the largest stem cell bank in the UK, having stored more samples then all other UK banks combined and have been established for over 14 years. We fully believe in the value of these services, as well as their present and future possibilities. 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team based on the Nottingham Science & Technology Park.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:-

  • Overseeing our key Commercial Documents and Client Agreements;  
  • Undertaking amendments to these Agreements for both regulatory and commercial purposes;
  • Arranging for Agreements and Contracts to be translated into up to 15 languages and co-ordinating their distribution;
  • Maintaining version control of all documents;
  • Making suggestions and recommendations for improving our Agreements to ensure we deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and understanding;
  • Managing the Commercial Agreements with our Agents and Resellers globally;
  • Monitoring Agreement renewal dates proactively;
  • Working closely with our Managing Director for final approvals on key documents;

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communicator with a strong command of the English language, both written and verbally;
  • Very highly organised with a focus on time critical priorities;
  • Demonstrable experience of producing Contracts and Agreements previously;
  • Attention for detail and accuracy;
  • Familiarity of working with procedures and version controls;
  • Ideally you will have had previous experience of handling documents in other languages;

Terms & Benefits:

  • 22.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly over 3 days;
  • Salary of up to £25k per annum pro rata;
  • Annual bonus
  • 23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), rising to 25 (pro rata)
