Customer Relations Manager based in Leeds offering a basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000 plus bonus and benefits (OTE £40,000).

The ideal Customer Relations Manager:

  • Full UK Driving License, preferably clean
  • Experience within telephony and face-to-face based account management
  • Confident when liaising with clients of all stature
  • Experience using contact management systems
  • Competent using Microsoft Office products
  • Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience
  • Proven track record and be able to demonstrate examples of world class service
  • Ability to handle complaints
  • Effective communication and organisational skills

 

The role of Customer Relations Manager:

  • Contacting existing clients from our portfolio at various stages of the customer journey
  • Working as part of a wider team to provide a positive client experience
  • Achieving monthly targets as set out by the Senior Management Team
  • Managing client expectations
  • Networking and potential client meetings
  • Account manage a portfolio of existing corporate clients

 

Our corporate clients range from sole traders, SME’s, and large enterprises. The role is office based, with the opportunity to meet clients face-to-face at events nationwide and will involve communicating with our corporate clients and assisting with managing client experience and expectation. The candidate must have the ability to organise and execute networking events with both corporate clients and golf club personnel, all over the country, with overnight stays and travel occasionally required.
