Customer Service Assistant

Our Leading Engineering client based in Stourbridge, are looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant.

Areas of Responsibility:

•Reporting to the Sales Team Leader

•Managing customer relationships

•Managing assigned sales accounts

•Answer incoming telephone calls

•Accurately input new sales quotations

•Accurately input new sales order’s

Knowledge & Skills:

•Excellent customer service approach, clear & professional telephone communication style

•Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build good rapport with clients and peers

•Excellent organisational & prioritisation skills

•Flexible approach, able to balance customer service with company goals

•A determined & resilient attitude, resourceful and solutions based approach

•Act with integrity & professionalism at all times, serving as a role model within the team

Salary: £17k - £18k pa

Bonus: In accordance with company scheme

Development Period: 6months
