Internal Sales Manager – Permanent – Telford

We are recruiting with a Telford based organisation for a new Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales / Internal Sales Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager to join one of the area’s most prestigious employers.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have experience of being a Team Leader or Supervisor within an office-based, Sales / Internal Sales environment.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Manage day to day activities of various levels of sales staff
• Delegate tasks and workload planning
• Mange the internal sales pipeline
• Training, Appraisals & Development
• Monitor team performance and target setting
• Update relevant documentation and KPI reporting
• Resolve escalated customer issues

To be considered for this role, you MUST have worked in a similar sales manager / team leader / supervisor type role from within a technical sales environment.

You’ll be IT literate, well organised, professional and flexible in your approach with excellent communication and man-management skills.

Salary is up to £32k plus £22k sales bonus and other bonuses and benefits.

The Telford office is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Perton, Shifnal, Market Drayton, Walsall, Ironbridge, Bridgnorth etc
