Due to our success and popularity, we are now looking to increase our team within the Warehouse with individuals that share our passion and enthusiasm.

Job Purpose:

The main priority for our Warehouse Co-ordinator, is to have full accountability for the accurate receiving of goods coming into our Warehouse. Key responsibilities will include:-

• Receiving of stock orders;
• Purchase Order cross referencing on deliveries;
• Relocation of most popular stock items to enable efficient picking of parts;
• Building relationships and on-going liaison with the external couriers to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability;
• Accountability for reviewing courier performance through in-depth reporting and analysis;
• Using and maintaining the Fork Lift Truck;
• Ensuring Health & Safety policies are followed within the Warehouse;
• Carrying out rolling stock-take;
• Undertaking returns and credits process;
• Stock adjustments;
• Housekeeping within the Warehouse;
• Providing cover in the absence of the Warehouse Operative;

Knowledge & Skills:

We would love you to have a background or genuine interest in automotive and/or car parts specifically. You will have previous experience of working within a small/medium sized Warehouse.  Ideally you will have co-ordinated external couriers and provided analysis on warehouse performance.  In addition to this, we would also like to see the following:-

• A competent level of IT, specifically Microsoft Office applications;
• Experience of having accountability for analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of a Warehouse;
• Demonstrable experience of previous responsibility for health & safety;
• Examples of following policies and procedures previously;
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
• A team player with the ability to support across other areas of the business;
