Key Account Manager

Account Manager – Permanent – Telford

We are currently recruiting with a large manufacturing company in Telford for a new Key Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager. Based from their site in Telford but requiring UK and European travel, this is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader and to work for a supportive and professional employer.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Act as a key point of contact for high value customers and suppliers
• Build and develop working relationships with existing customers
• Work closely with various internal departments including technical, supply chain and sales
• Business Reviews
• Identify area of improvement
• Sales Analysis and demand forecasting

To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated & flexible in your approach to work.

You will ideally have an HND in Business Management or Engineering, be IT literate (including knowledge of CRM platforms including Salesforce & ERP systems).

The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Stafford, Stoke, Birmingham, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton etc
