To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will be planning, implementing and developing your sales performance in accordance with Lindstrom Values and operational instructions, targeting larger customers, obtaining new sales contracts within your area, handle agreed sales projects and responsible for your personal sales results and effectiveness.

The right candidate will have the skills to negotiate with large customers, have a systematic way of working and ability to analyse information, problem solving skills, skills to sell solutions for customers, willingness to learn and develop, self-confidence and can easily open doors to new customers, self-motivated to achieve long term results, well organised and able to plan meetings, visit customers and handle reports, good interaction, persuading and influencing abilities, positive attitude, enthusiastic and well balanced.

The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners. ​
