•Able to demonstrate a successful sales career enabling you to effectively manage and grow current business portfolios, whilst prospecting for new accounts.
•Have experience of working with distributor/end-user business

Due to continuing growth, we are now seeking 2 UK Sales Managers to join our team - one to be London based; one Scotland/Ireland based.  As well as the relevant sales’ experience, you must have a ‘roll up your sleeves and get the job done’ attitude; be computer literate; have excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation); advanced interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to adapt your style to the client’s needs.

You will be required to:

•Compile, analyse and report on sales performance weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly monitoring performance of Sales relating to the KPIs set out within Sales Directors Strategy
•Manage your own pipeline of customers
•Liaise with key customers and potential key accounts to maximise territory proposition
•Work alongside the Strategic Account Managers to ensure strategic revenue maximised within the territory
•Ensure all information is accurate and available through CRM for forecasting purposes
•Maintain the companies Health and Safety policy’s
