Customer Service Administrator – Permanent – Telford

We are recruiting with a small, family run business in their recruit of a new Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This role will suit an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Sales Admin / Customer Support Advisor who wants to work in a friendly, supportive company and who likes a variety of task.

Based within a small office environment, duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Liaise with in-house departments over sales and order process
  • Update CRM accurately
  • Maintain stock file & run relevant reports
  • Prepare sales reports as required.
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Also, support the MD with various, regular report writing 

You’ll be well organised, have excellent communication skills and be IT literate and have experience of working within office based, customer focused roles.

Experience with Sage Line 50 is advantageous, and you MUST be able to drive given the location of the offices.

Hours of work are across Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week).

The Telford based offices are away from public transport, so you MUST be able to drive but the site is commutable from Telford, Newport, Shifnal, Market Drayton, Stafford, Walsall, Wolverhampton etc for those that do drive.
