Customer Service Administrator (French) – Permanent - Telford

We are now recruiting with a well-established and successful organisation for a new French Speaking, Customer Service Advisor.  To be considered for this permanent position, you MUST be fluent in French and English. Beyond the fluency in French, it will suit an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Advisor / Administrator who is looking to join a company with a genuine family feel where you’ll be based within a friendly, modern environment.

The duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Responding to customer queries & complaints
  • Taking telephone and email orders
  • Track deliveries and deal with relevant queries
  • Cross selling and offering alternatives to out of stock items
  • Accurately update customer information
  • Various administration duties

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you MUST have worked in a similar role previously, ideally in a commercial role where you have sold items through online portals. You MUST also be fluent in French & English.

You’ll be IT literate, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a friendly, flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

The Shrewsbury location is commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge etc
