Production Operator

We are looking for Production Operators to support the assembly and packing of our products. 

Shift:  3 Rotational: (20% shift premium)

Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 6.00 to 14.00 Friday 6.00 to 13.00

Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 14.00 to 22.00 Friday 13.00 to 20.00

Week 3 - Sunday 23.00 to 6.00 Monday to Thursday 22.00 to 6.00

Salary: 

£16,410 plus shift premium.

The role:

• Operate automatic manufacturing equipment situated within the cleanroom.
• Unpacking and preperation of component parts.
• Transfer of finished goods to the next proccess.
• In process sample inspections and measurement.
• Record data.
• Ensure all 5s and cleanliness of the lines and working area are maintained to a high standard.
• Record accurate DAS and defect recordings.
• Escalation of machine downtime to Senior Operator, Engineer and Supervison.
• Carry out 10% of offline quality checks daily.
• Escalation of offline issues and working towards the achievement of KPIs.
