Business Development Executive, Translation Service Provider, based in Leamington Spa, Salary £30,000 - £35,000 OTE

The Company:

The Company are a leading translation service provider based in the heart of Leamington Spa. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to develop and implement further growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

Business Development Executive - Main Duties:

• Working with the senior team to research and identify new market opportunities.
• Generating business with UK prospects in key markets.
• Contributing ideas and helping develop our services and products in line with our clients’ requirements.
• Collaborating with the wider team to support each other and grow accounts.
• Developing a sales strategy in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business.
• Handling enquires from prospects and clients.
• Preparing tender documents, presentations and quotations.
• Maintaining relationships with clients to understand their on-going requirements and identify how best to support them.

Business Development Executive - Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• A self-motivated individual with a passion for global business and languages.
• Experience of selling outsourced services.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to forecast opportunities
• Business development experience within the translation industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Degree educated.
• Passionate about delivering the best possible customer service.
