Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Clinical Psychologist to lead, develop and shape a new service for young people in residential care. The job will be at an equivalent of an 8b role.
Meadows Care is a leading provider of therapeutic residential care and you will be part of the multi-disciplinary Meadows Care therapy service, whilst develop a new service structure for ‘Heath solo’ based upon the Meadows Care therapy model. The role will be initially based in Bolton/Wigan/Warrington area with opportunity for flexible working hours. The role will be strategic and involve service development, recruitment of other team members and strategic and line management and leadership.

We offer a complete package of care, therapy and education if required. We run small homes for just 1, 2, 3 or 4 young people, with high staffing ratios to provide the care and support required. We are based across the North West of England and in the Midlands. We ideally provide long term placements but we can accept emergency or short term placements if appropriate, based upon our impact assessment and matching assessment in the home.
