We work on the UK’s and World’s largest construction projects including Stadia, Iconic residential developments, flagship commercial buildings and Infrastructure projects.

What's the job?

You will be implementing BIM technology to assist in the construction coordination processes. 

Good digital tool capability is needed but relevant technologies will be taught.  The key is attitude and aptitude!  If you possess strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and enjoy working with in a fast-paced innovative environment apply for this career opportunity. 

You will receive training to enable you, ultimately, to fulfil the following functions 

  • Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage
  • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
  • Report Writing
  • Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
  • Early design review and constructability analysis
  • Manage / Update BIM Project Documents 
  • 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
  • 4D Scheduling / Simulation
  • Model Authoring

Do you have some or all of these qualities?

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels
  • Basic knowledge of BIM processes, standards and protocols. We will develop your knowledge through practical applications
  • Interest in working with Construction Technology
  • Site / Construction Experience
  • Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
  • Completed coursework in Construction, Architecture or an equivalent combination of training and or work experience
  • GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Maths and English
  • Basic PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Qualification in Architectural Technology/Construction studies
  • Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD
