The Person We Are Looking For

SmartSurvey is seeking an experienced B2B sales manager. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director this is a key role, with responsibility for sales of SmartSurvey's standard online services, including upselling and renewals. This role will provide the right candidate with an excellent career opportunity in a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities include

  • Create the sales plan to deliver the company's sales targets and KPIs
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing and sales strategies are aligned
  • Lead and develop the sales team
  • Take SmartSurvey into International markets
  • Use the company's CRM system effectively, and put in place best practice sales processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • A demonstrable track record in consistently meeting sales targets
  • Experience of selling SaaS services into commercial and governmental organisations
  • Excellent understanding of sales and account management processes
  • Good at communicating with clients and colleagues
  • A natural team player, comfortable working with little supervision in a fast-growing start-up environment.
