Credit controller - Up to £22,000

Arthur David Food with services are a fast-past fruit and vegetable wholesale company delivering pristine produce with excellent customer service to establishments across the South West.

As a credit controller with Arthur David your main duty is to assist the accounts department in processing and arranging collection of customer accounts payments in accordance with our terms of trading.

You will also be responsible for:

•           Chasing customers via telephone, email or letter using Aged Debtor Report

•           Send 4pm Stop List Daily to Customer Excellence & Field Sales when required

•           Allocate payments unallocated on accounts as required

•           Allocate and Log Cash, Bacs, Credit Card & Cheque payments received into Accounts Department when required

•           Reconciliation of ledger accounts with customers ensuring all discrepancies are fully investigated and corrected

•           Agree payment plans and monitor accounts

•           Credit Vetting New accounts when required
