 Accounts Administrator

Mode is an established company with over 20 years’ experience within the managed print services industry, working with the world’s leading global brands.

A hugely vibrant company with ambitious plans for further growth, expansion and success, Mode supplies print solutions to organisations across the UK and are headquartered near Ware in Hertfordshire.

Due to continued growth of the business, Mode are now looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. You will be an extremely well organised and numerate person with good experience of accounting systems.

Job description for the Accounts Administrator role:

  • Processing of sales and purchase ledger invoices, and processing payments.
  • Sales contract processing and customer invoicing.
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Setting up and improving systems
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining in-house sales recording systems.
  • Production of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ad hoc projects

Key requirements for the Accounts Administrator role:

  • Organised and ability to communicate across different departments
  • A friendly and willing attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and working within a successful team
  • Self-motivated and ability to lead and manage others.
  • Competent with Sage line 50
  • Strong word/excel spreadsheet skills
  • Experience of preparing management accounts would be an advantage
  • AAT qualified would be an advantage
