We are now looking for a Reactive Maintenance Administrator to join our Company in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.

This is a full-time vacancy, working 37.5 hours per week.

Reactive Maintenance Administrator Main Duties:

• Answer the telephone and log calls onto the maintenance database.
• Schedule work and pass jobs through operational staff.
• Update the customers.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Assist with reports and correspondence.

Reactive Maintenance Administrator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent IT Skills with experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
