Would you like to join an exciting family run property development business?
VERY FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
As a private portfolio landlord, I look after 40+ tenants
I’m looking to recruit someone to take over the administrative tasks of our property business so that I can focus on business development as opposed to daily administration and management.
This role would, therefore, be a combination of property/lettings manager and personal assistance in nature.
Full training will be provided.
Must be motivated and self-disciplined enough to work from home. >50% of work hours will be from your own home. The rest from our home office in Mangotsfield.
A primary focus at the moment is to systemize the business. So each task will first be taught and then you will be expected to document the task processes so that it is easy to follow the second time around.
Must be willing to do a couple hours on the occasional evening and weekend when required to accommodate tenants leaving/arriving.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a good work ethic & exceptional customer services skills in order to proactively manage our property portfolio.
Property Management:
No 2 days are ever the same. You will be the portfolio property manager and be the go-to person for all tenants. It is your job to keep things running smoothly.
- Writing the company operations manual. (Training on each task provided)
- Keeping the properties fully let.
- Conduct viewings to show new prospects rooms, managing inquiries and photos and dressing the rooms ready for new tenants.
- Completing admin such as AST contracts, registering deposits and general office administration.
- Doing property inspections and tracking all maintenance issues liaising with the tradesman to get the jobs done.
- Appeasing customers/tenants when things go wrong
- Help-seeking development opportunities. Looking for suitable opportunities, phoning agents and booking appointments.
- Support the director with a wide variety of personal related tasks, including but not limited to: personal errands, personal appointments, couriering, etc.
- Provide timely responses to emails and phone calls at all times
- Lead special projects/events as requested by the executives

- Must have own laptop/computer
- Must be able to commit to working 1-2 hours on the occasional evening and weekend. (To do viewings. incoming/outgoing inspections)
Full time - 6 hours per day Monday - Friday.
Working hours are flexible.
For example, you may like to work 9 am - 3 pm to fetch the kids. If you do viewings one evening you can start late or finish early the next day. You must be mature enough to manage your own diary and work hours.
Remuneration
£8 / hour plus mileage + Bonuses
Basic = £1040 plus mileage plus bonuses.
Bonuses:
No voids at room change over £100 / room (If 5 rooms turnover in a month £500 bonus if no voids)
KPI's on target £100
Development project found: £1000 each
Various others by negotiation
Being self-employed you will invoice us for hours worked and targets achieved on a weekly basis.
