The Person We Are Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced marketing manager. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director this is a key role, with responsibility for product management and marketing communications for SmartSurvey’s entire product portfolio. This role will provide the right candidate with an excellent career opportunity in a fast growing business.
Required Skills & Experience
- A demonstrable track record of marketing SaaS services into commercial and governmental organisations;
- Experience of researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
- Definition and execution of marketing strategy
- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print and digital communications, and advertising
- Managing marketing staff and external PR agencies
- A natural team player, comfortable working with little supervision in a fast growing start-up environment
Key Responsibilities
- Create the marketing plan to deliver the company’s growth targets
- Work with the Sales Director to ensure marketing and sales strategies are aligned
- Drive the company’s digital marketing programme to ensure effective lead generation
- Manage the company’s product roadmap
- Lead and develop the marketing team
