Part Time Restaurant Assistant / Front of House

Part Time Front of House Assistant / Restaurant Assistant - Amberley, Arundel.

32 hours per week over 35 weeks, 16 hours per week over 3 weeks and 8 hours per week over 14 weeks 

Salary £850 per month, regardless of the number of hours worked that month

Reporting to the Visitor Reception, Catering and Retail Supervisor, you will ensure a high quality welcome, service and visitor experience in the restaurant and other outlets, including private hire and special functions, providing a warm welcome at all times.  You will assist visitors by providing accurate information on Museum facilities and activities, being knowledgeable and professional in approach.  Ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness in food preparation areas, indoor and outdoor dining areas, service counters, food and beverage display areas, visitor facilities, indoor and outdoor storage areas, you will maintain food and beverage displays, replenishing stock and assisting with food preparation, as required.  You will ensure the safe and efficient use of equipment and resources, complying with health and safety requirements and food hygiene standards at all times.  You will be required to undertake cash handling and operate the till.
