Production Cleaner /Industrial Cleaner (Catering Butchers) opportunities based In Bromsgrove, Worcestershire offering £10,400 per annum 25 hours per week plus possible overtime 

As an expanding, established, family run business we have an opportunity for an afternoon Part Time Cleaning Operative in our production and meat storage areas (temperature controlled). Full training provided for cleaning of machinery and manual handling.

Hours of work will be 12pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.

What we are looking for from you;

Midland Foods Ltd is an established, friendly, family run business supplying thousands of products to a wide variety of clients from our long-established base in Hanbury, near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.  We have a new part time vacancy to work as a cleaner in our temperature controlled meat production areas and fridges.

Experience in industrial cleaning is an advantage, however full training can be provided for the right applicant.

The position involves being responsible for the organisation, cleanliness and tidiness of our factory and with training you will be required to complete heavy duty machine cleaning. There are also daily controlled document checksheets which will require your completion.

This position will require reliability, self-motivation and the initiative to work safely and productively. We work with chemicals specifically designed for the food industry and also a colour coded equipment system.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday on a 12pm to 5pm shift, however flexibility on these hours would be preferable to cover holiday periods. Starting salary £8.00 per hour.  As the majority of our contracts are schools we encourage our staff to take holidays during our quieter periods, however this can be negotiable.
