HR Team Manager – with a difference……
We work in a fast-paced environment enabling you to utilise your experience of delivering a range of HR including Employee Relations, TUPE, policies and procedures to our SME clients. Coupled with this you will help grow our business, leading and supporting the team to develop our customer base through effective client relationships, networking and a constant eye on how we can improve our customer service.
You will manage a team of advisors who pride themselves on the support they offer to clients and each other, and always offer pragmatic solutions.
We are looking for an experienced, generalist HR professional with a track record of team management, HR delivery to businesses of varying sizes, motivation and ideas to grow the business coupled with a desire to get stuck in.
Qualifications and Experience:
MCIPD qualified or have equivalent experience/qualification
Chairing all level of HR meetings Strong up to date knowledge of Employment Law
Able to work on your own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication and be able to influence others at all levels
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Commercial awareness
A sense of humour!
