Bosideng Retail Ltd are opening their flagship store in London in September 2018 and require an E-Commerce Administrator to work from our operation in Morley (LS27 7RZ), Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Specialising in luxury, affordable downwear, Bosideng have a long history of providing quality down products across China and the world, beyond through just under 5,000 outlets.
This is a varied administration based role with you taking responsibility for:
· Co-ordinating our luxury goods in and out of the warehouse
· Processing orders
· Co-ordinating deliveries to the London store and the Amazon store
· Proactively liaising with the Amazon warehouse
· Processing private orders received via Amazon
· Dealing with general enquiries.
· Handling supplier and customer returns.
· Training and working towards taking additional responsibilities on within the e-commerce department.
· Cover for the Bosideng Amazon Shop Manager in periods of absence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is a real self-starter, with good IT skills and previous administration experience that may have the desire to progress and develop experience as the company grows.
Hours of work will be 40 per week, 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday
Salary will be up to £17,500
