Administration Manager offering a salary of circa £45,000 + benefits, based in Clerkenwell.

 

The ideal Administration Manager:

  • Experienced general administration manager (no Design or technical experience is necessary)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with an enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn

 

The role of Administration Manager:

  • Reporting to Operations Director, responsible for organising workflow for 20 staff plus sub-contractors
  • Overall resource planning / programme responsibility for design projects
  • Organise scope start-up meetings, allocating Draughtpersons, authorising start of design process
  • Ensure department processes are followed
  • Ensure requirements met for hardware/software licences
  • Overseeing progress and managing department resources and budgets
