Administration Manager offering a salary of circa £45,000 + benefits, based in Clerkenwell.
The ideal Administration Manager:
- Experienced general administration manager (no Design or technical experience is necessary)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong people management skills
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with an enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn
The role of Administration Manager:
- Reporting to Operations Director, responsible for organising workflow for 20 staff plus sub-contractors
- Overall resource planning / programme responsibility for design projects
- Organise scope start-up meetings, allocating Draughtpersons, authorising start of design process
- Ensure department processes are followed
- Ensure requirements met for hardware/software licences
- Overseeing progress and managing department resources and budgets
