IMMEDIATE START

Future Cleaning Services Ltd are a successful Contract Cleaning Company with offices located throughout the UK.  We currently have an urgent vacancy for immediate start for a full time Receptionist/Administrator to work from our Head Office in York (based at York Business Park, Nether Poppleton), working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The key duties of the role are to handle inbound calls, general administration duties which include logging information/data on spreadsheets, placing and managing job advertisements, supplying paperwork to area managers, managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning incoming documentation and general ad-hoc duties as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy office environment preferably working on a reception desk answering calls and greeting clients.

To be considered you must have the following skills:

  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Good all round computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills & be able to prioritise your own workload under pressure
