nGeneration Limited is one of the UK's leading independent IT service and software solution providers to the UK Corporate Hospitality market, our Customers are groups including include pubs, restaurants and hotels.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our expanding team who will be responsible for maintaining Customer relationships alongside managing allocated projects.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintain strong Customer relationships.

  • Attending Customer project meetings as and when required alongside ensuring that all requests for stock purchases are in place and liaising with our Project Control team to ensure that all relevant resource requirements are fulfilled.

  • Being the escalation contact for all Customer issues.

  • Attending Customer sites for Go Live support and Training where required.

It is essential that candidates have:

  • Previous experience of business development and growing accounts alongside managing Customer relationships and expectations.

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Please be aware that as a Company our Customers are based throughout the UK and this role will therefore involve both travelling and on occasion staying away from home.  It is therefore essential that candidates have a full manual UK driving licence.
